If for some reason the machine you purchase doesn’t exceed your expectations, you can return it within 7 days of delivery, and receive a 110% REFUND. The item must be in the original condition and packaging. As far as we know, CARNATION is the only manufacturer of financial equipment that offers a 110% Money Back Guarantee.

30 Day Return/Exchange

You can return any Carnation product in its original condition for a refund or exchange for the full amount of the product (excluding shipping) within 30 days. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please follow these return instructions:

1. Please request the RMA number by contacting us at info@carnation-inc.com
2. Include the packing slip with your return.
3. Please indicate whether you would prefer an exchange or refund.
4. Please return the item(s) in its original packaging including instructions and accessories along with the return/exchange form, and send it to the following address either by insured parcel post or by a traceable carrier to:

100 Day Extended Return Program

We want you to be as confident about CARNATION equipment as we are. If any piece of equipment you purchase from CARNATION website doesn’t meet your expectations, we will take it back. It’ won’t be new by then, so we will have to clean and refurbish it, as needed. There will be a 35% restocking/depreciation fee, as well as technician fee to refurbish the machine, if required (billed at $89/hour). Please note that the items that have sustained serious damage due to an accident or intensive use without proper maintenance will not be accepted under this program.
