A 79-year-old man facing 60 years in prison for printing money.

Wayne Pinkey, of Springfield, PA, a 79-year-old man, has been accused by police of producing fake $5, $10, and $20 bills. The charges have been pressed after three separate occassions on which Mr. Pinkey has passed counterfeit currency to an undercover police officer, spent some fake cash at a local business, and passed a $20 bill at a local hospital. Upon search by the police, scraps of paper from which the bills were cut out, along with electronic equipment used to manufacture the couterfeit money, has been recovered. Mr. Pinkey has entered guilty plea, and is due to appear before the judge next month
